I think there is no a function to visualize all the total list available.
You can refer to this post, otherwise i think you have to built a table with all the possibilities of icon conditional formatting.

In that video, he walks through how to load custom SVGs into a table which is great. But in addition to custom icons, I want to load the built-in icons that come with Power BI into a table. Do you know where the built-in icons are stored?
