Loading new Power BI software and design and table views are black = not able to be seen

Continued ContributorI seem to remember that PBI Desktop uses Internet Explorer to render the display. Do you have IE Installed?
It seems that if I download and install the 32 bit version then things run as they should. I do have a Surface Pro 4 and I usually run the 64-bit version. I am not sure what would make the 64 bit version act like it does. I have Internet Explorer 11 running ...
