Loading file from sharepoint

Can i load excel file from sharepoint if it is not in any folder like below?

please make sure you select excel as the source and not SharePoint online. the error you get look slike you trying to get data from a SharePoint online list.

If i choose Excel as source, where can i paste the link that you mentioned earlier ?
