Hi,
I am currently using a matrix visualization to display the tickets of our organization. Each ticket would have some conversations associated with it. They will be linked via an ID field. The matrix visualization currently looks like:
I want to replace the third column with the conversations associated with the ticket. To obtain the conversation of the ticket, I call an API with a ticket number. This returns a JSON formatted list.
I was wondering is it possible to make the matrix load each set of conversations per ticket and then display it on the matrix? (e.g. instead of displaying the URL, it will display the conversations associated with that ticket). If not, is there an alternate visualization I could use?
Jason
