Load using link for mobile app?

Sent a link to Excel sheet -- get message it's >30 MB limit to open in browser.

Installed BI Desktop to hopefully get access...is there any way to use that link to open the file on the desktop?

Hi @dpb,

1. Open the file in Excel.

Load_using_link_for_mobile_app1

2. Get the link from the Excel.

Load_using_link_for_mobile_app2

3. Get data with Web connector. (Delete the part followed "xlsx").

Load_using_link_for_mobile_app3

Best Regards,

Dale

Well, if I could open the file in Excel, I wouldn't have a problem would I?  🙂

The whole point is the file was shared and that's the link that was forwarded.  Now mayhaps the sender screwed up, I don't know...
