Load different files eliminating duplicates and keeping always the latest one

Hi vzbkb1 ,
1. You can put these files into a folder and use the Folder connector to connect to these files.
2. Combine & Transform Data.
3. Remove [Source.Name] column.
4. Select the [Employee Number] and [Full Name] columns --> Remove Duplicates.
result.
Best Regards,
Gao

Thanks for your solution for vzbkb1
My situation is driving me crazy...
I am ultimately trying to merge my numerous source csv and xlsx from the same financial institution but also to do this across several financial institutions that adopt different naming and cell value conventions even if they are just text (e.g. Value vs Amount).
I have duplicates that would be false positives (e.g. I pay the same amount to the ISP each month etc etc) and I have transactions that might have been paid on my credit card then refunded by my company to me.
Grok and Copilot are suggesting PowerQuery in conjunction with PowerFx. Python I've tried but it just fails whichever methods I try.
Any thoughts? (Have E3 + Copilot 365 licence)
Thank you in advance for considering a solution. Oh, and the number of rows in totality will blow a local Excel instance. I need to ultimately clean and then map to xero schema for importing into xero. I have the Chart of Accounts, and have tried mapping with PQ but....nope, computer says no....
