Live visualisation in excel spreadsheet
Not sure if this is more a question for the excel community, however is it possible to show a live PBI visulisation in an excel spreadsheet? I don't want to create my own data table in excel and use the live data from the PBI dataset.

if I understood you correctly and you want to see the report as is from PBI in Excel, then unfortunately no, but you can achieve it with PowerPoint.Please refer to the linked video for more information :
