Live or extract?

Manjushree , Not 100% sure. But In my case Quick Insights was not enabled for dataset using direct query. For Import this option was there on three dots menu

According to your description, you can directly click the export date function in the upper right corner of the visual object. The specific export restrictions are related to the different permissions and the connection mode of the data source.
