I am trying to connect to a PBI dataset via data hub in desktop

I am the admin
I got it working but the frustration is the documentation is out of date
Allow live connection does not exist in the admin portal , I am pulling y hair out trying to find something , does not exist
What is highlighed below are the only items , may need to be enabled
Service Version 13.0.20726.75
Client Version 2305.3.14047-train
App Instance Id gwozg
Data Location North Europe (Ireland)

Let your Power BI admin check the following setting in Admin portal > Tenant settings: Allow live connections
Connect to dataset in Power BI Service requires you logging in an account which has the build permisson of the dataset.
