Live Connection issue with ServiceNow for Power BI through web API

I am trying a live connection with serviceNow for PowerBI report through Web API. But dataset is partially imported when it comes to PowerBI.Initially I tried to bring just 1 column for 3 months of data. It shows 50k records in ServiceNow where as it brings only around 9k into PowerBI, this is done while keeping the limit field value as blank.

In next attempt, I have tried giving limit value as 30k and it brought around 27+ and with limit 50k it brought 47k where data is partially lost. 
Please note, we have a Power BI premium license.

Can someone please help me to fix this issue so that I can get all records in PowerBI. Also, please let me know if anyone found a better way to connect ServiceNow to PowerBI.

Since we are just starting connecting live, it would be greate if someone can tell us about any known issues with connecting live.
