Listing Differences between two measures that are String values

I need help creating a measure that will list out the differences between two other measures, each measure is a concatinated string, is something like this even possible with dax? in tsql it would be a simple Select this if not in that statement.

Measure 1 - lists current months names

Measure 2 - lists previous months names

Need:

Measure 3 - lists the net new names in the current month that were not present in the previous month.

Can you make an example of what Measure 1 and Measure 2 look like?

Measure 1 would look like "janfebmar" or split by spaces "jan feb mar" , or other?

Same for Measure 2
