List Slicer Callout Values Conditional Color
- 1 year ago
Hi MariBely
Hmm I've tried recreating the issue and it seems to work.
Couple of things to try:
Delete the visual and recreate (Don't copy paste) - sometimes visuals randomly breakUse Basic conditional formatting - list slicer is still in preview so might have bugs
Try a simpler measure with a basic IF - could be the measure returns a different value at diff times, if it ever returns a non text value it will be turned off
I've also had issues with data sources like SQL when the output is random, column would be called one thing one thing but contain the data of another on every refresh.
There are a couple of custom visuals you could use if it doesn't work:
That is frustrating!
Long shot but if it works in Power BI Service could you download the PBIX files from there? They tend to be backwards compatible to a certain extent.
I would but this is will be too frustrating to download it all the time and upload it again considering that we are also using Sharepoint for a sort of versioning, and open the file in Desktop directly from sharepoint. Maybe this is also the reason?
