Linking radio button set and chart dynamically

I have a report page that look like this:

Currently, the 4 radio buttons on the left controls what is seen on the  "Application Name" list beneath it, dynamically.   The chart on the right is a standalone chart. The 4 values blurred out along the bottom axis are the same 4 values as the radio buttons. 

What I would like to do is somehow link these, so if I click on a section of the chart for one of those values, the radio button will automatically switch to that one....and in turn the Applications beneath it will update.  

Is this possible?
