Linking chart between 2 pages

Hi all,

I am wondering is there a way to link a chart from one page to another ?

I have two pages, one with 4 week data & one with 1 week data. I have a chart that shows the 4 week trends that I want to put onto the 1 week data page but I want the data to still show from the 4 week data and have no effect on the 1 week data or vice versa.

Is this possible ?

Thanks

    Hey KarlAddi ,

yes, that is possible. You can change the interaction between the visuals.

Like this you can say the slicer for one week should not interact with the 4-week-visual. Check the documentation on how to do that:
Change how visuals interact in a report - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

If you need any help please let me know.
If I answered your question I would be happy if you could mark my post as a solution ✔️ and give it a thumbs up 👍

    Best regards

  • Hey Denis,

So I'm aware of the interactions but I think I may have worded my problem wrong. So I want the 4 week chart to be displayed on my 1 week page and only when the 4 week page is changed will this chart change. I basically want to copy and paste the chart from one page to another while keeping the same data from the page I copied it from.

Once I get that done, I'd then use the interactions editor to make sure the chart wouldnt change the data on the 1 week page.
