LinkedIn Sales Navigator refresh - issue

Hi I have downloaded a LinkedIn Sales Navigator app that I have to connect with real data in LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I have done so however when i run a refresh, or when the scheduled ones run (every midnight), I get the error below:

Could someone help please? I am sure I am missing something obvious as still learning the ropes!
