Linguistic schema throws relationship binding errors

I get errors about relationship bindings when I export the linguistic schema. I've deleted and recreated relationships but the error remains. The data integrity seems fine (no nulls, all values join as expected in the database).

Is there something I'm doing wrong regarding the relationships or in the underlying data?

Can you check your column names?
The error could have been due to difference in the column names in your new export as compared to the last one.
