Line value does not extend to edge of visual

I am having an issue that the line value only goes to the middle of the columns and not to the end of the plot area:

 If I toggle the turn on secondary (under formatting and the axis) , it creates another axis and the lines aren't even in the correct spot.

 I also can't figure out how to turn off the labels on those lines (I only want the column values labeled).  And I don't know why the right most cluster of columns has no month label either (I will try and figure that out).

Right, that's how the default visual works. If possible, you might try an Analytics pane constant line.

The Analytics line shows the trend of the data.  I just want a constant line (at a set value).  Also, the Analytics line has the same extent (middle of the values) and does not go to the edge of the data/chart either.
