As Anonymous says, the color of legend should be same as the datapoint color. Have you checked if M271 is the only datapoint thats plotted on the graph?
Sometimes, PowerBI and Powerapps both act crazy.. Many times just deleting the visual and recreating it solved my formatting issues.

Thanks for the tip. I recreated the charts and published the report. All charts colours working now.
