Line duplication in Report

Is there a way to filter lines from a power bi report that are just duplicates?

Is this issue caused by the many to many relationship between two tables? If yes, please modify it to the correct model, which may be effective.

@thomas_coltrain  You can remove duplicates in Power Query, click Tranform data:
