Line disappears in Line and clustered column chart when slicing and filtering

I am working with a line and clustered column chart where i have different 4 different modes of transportation (A,B,C,D). Three of the modes are listed in the left y axis (A,B,C) and these are represented by the stacked bar chart. The fourth mode(D) has smaller values than the rest so this is displayed in the right axis with the line y axis. I have slicers to chose what mode you want displayed. They work fine except when filtering on the fourth mode (D) which represented by the line. How can i get the fourth mode to show up when its the only one selected?

I have measures to filter on the first 3 modes (A,B,C) and I have a measure to filter on only mode D.

Measure for all except for Mode D

Total (excl D) = CALCULATE(
SUM(MODE[Total]),
FILTER(
'Mode of Transport',
'Mode of Transport'[MODE OF TRANSPORT]<>D))

Measure for mode D
Total for D = CALCULATE(
SUM(MODE[Total]),
FILTER(
'Mode of Transport',
'Mode of Transport'[MODE OF TRANSPORT]=D))

Hi @mbcampa ,

You will need to enable the "show items with no data" feature.

Thank you Jay! That worked except, now on my chart Mode D shows up twice on the legend. I can't filter it out because then it hides my line value.
