Hi
I know that line charts in Power BI cannot be drilled-down but I'm looking for a nice workaround and would appreciate your inputs.
My data has four columns:
- Group (text)
- SubGroup (text)
- Month (date)
- Value (number)
I would like to create a line chart that shows Value by Month. Each line should represent particular Group/SubGroup. This is easy but the problem is when I try to build that logic:
- if a user did not filter any Group, show chart by Group
- if a user selected a Group, show chart by SubGroup
I tried building a measure that would tell me whether Groups or SubGroups should be shown and tried to use it as a visual-level filter but it does not seem to be a nice solution.
Regards,
Jarek
