Line chart does not show all legend values

Hi, I created a line chart with 15 legend values, it shows only 12 legend values when expand all levels of hirarchy. I tested it with a bar chart instead and it works well. Anyone also face this issue? Do I need further actions on settings? Any helps are appreciated.

 

(Edit: Line chart can show only 2000-2011 while bar chart can show 2000-2015)

 

(Edit 2: Found it happens when x-axis is continuous, if categorical it works fine)

    This problem is solved by selecting "show items with no data" in legend card.

    (However another problem occurs - the tooltip does not show all legend values..)

    Hi l_ke ,

    You can follow this steps.

             Go to the Format pane.

    Select Detail labels function.

    Go to Label position.

    Change from Outside to Inside.

    Switch on the Overflow Text function.

      Hi, I'm sorry I don't get it. I can't find Detail labels function. I can find Data label though but can't find Overflow Text function. My Power BI desktop version is Apr 2021.
