Line chart data label and line display priority is inconsistent

Hi,

I am facing an issue when using line chart, please refer to the snapshot below:

There are four measures are added to Y-axis, the first to last measure name is Total, Item 1, Item 2, Item 3.

From the line chart visual display :

The legend area, from left to right, the order is consistent with Y-asix measure order from top to buttom

Item 1 and Item 2's value is very close to each other, their two lines overlapped, Item 2's line is showing on the top (orange is on top, green is behind) , which seems the line shows in a different order.

And another bad thing is, even the  item 2 (orange) is on top, but the data label showing on the line chart is for the item 1 (green line) which is very confused to user.

Is there a way to keep the line display priority, y-axis, data label and the legend in a consistent way ?
