It is not currently possible to use legends on both the line and column. Legend is supported on columns only.

Thank you for posting your query in the Microsoft Fabric Community. In Power BI, the Line and Clustered Column chart supports only a single legend by default, typically associated with the column series.  Unfortunately, Power BI does not currently offer built in support for displaying separate legends for both the line and column series.  Thank you to all community members for sharing your valuable insights and workarounds.

Recommended Solution

You can create a combined legend for both line and column values by ensuring each series comes from a distinct measure. 

1. Select the Line and Clustered Column chart visual. 
2. Create separate measures for each data point . 
3. Add one measure to Column Values and the other to Line Values.
4. Power BI will automatically generate a combined legend representing both series.

While this doesn’t provide separate legends for each, it ensures that both categories appear in the legend.
