Line and clustered column chart - put only one line on the secondary axis

Hello,

I am looking for advice on how to format the chart below so that only one of the lines (ADS) is put on the secondary y-axis. I would like the other line (PY) to stay on the primary y-axis, as it is in the same scale as the bar values (Actual and Budget). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

@asomers21 , Either both lines can be on the primary axis or both can be on the secondary axis.  As of now you can not lines on both axes.
