Line and clustered column chart conditional formatting with more than 1 column
I have a Line and clustered column chart with two columns and a line. The one column is the total number of cases. The second column is the number of cases that have been completed within the KPI. The line is the target. I would like to be able to conditionally format the second column to change colour, either red or green if it met target or not. The first column must remain a static colour, as it is the base amount for comparison. The conditional formatting option is not available if there is more than one column. Is there a way around this? Does anyone know if it will be made available in a future release that is coming soon? If not, how do I request this? If you can conditionally format one column or select a specific colour for each of several columns, why can't you conditionally format each of several columns?
Hi , SimEbe
After my research, the conditional formatting option is available if there is only one column in value of Line and clustered column chart with two columns and a line. For your requirement , you can come up with a new idea and add your comments on Power BI Ideas forum to make this feature coming sooner. https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas
What's more, if a feedback is highly voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
