Line and Stacked column chart Y axis issue

Hello

Does anyone knows if it is possible to set Line and Stacked column chart's line to be always above the column value?

It is annoying to view it cause it is so messy with all the numbers overlapping each other

I could custom sort the Y axis value but it becomes a problem when I start filtering (the gap will become super huge when i drill down)

So I am hoping if there is a way to solve this.

Please let me know if there are any way to do this!
