Sorry I can't fix it on my side currently.It's hard to set the interval .

I tried many other visuals  from marketplace, but none of them achieved the excepted effect.

You can continue to try other visuals from marketplace.

And you also can come up with a new idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner. https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas

Thank you @v-easonf-msft for your time and effort. I will try if I can find a way around it, maybe creating time data and use it to develop the charts.

      Hello v-easonf-msft, 

       

      I could not solve the issue the way I wanted. I was only able to develp the following chart that look like bar chart by creating a time table and  with using the a measure Y = sum(x) + 0.
