Line and Column Chart creation

    Hi siddharth1234 ,

     

    In Power BI Desktop, we often use the line and clustered column chart to implement.

    Here'e an example based on your data.

    It's important you have a date type column, so I added a date column from your Time column. You Time column is text type.

I believe you want to add timelines to combo chart. I am not sure you can create the exact visual, however you can add timelines using error bars, measure driven data labels and data label detsil.
