Line and Clustered column conditional formatting with 2 columns value and 1 line values

Hello everyone

I know this kind of qustions have been asked in year 2018, but now it is in 2020, pandemic era.  

is power bi support this (2 columns valuess and 1 line chart)

any ideas of how obtain in this chart type, a conditional format of the line chart?

I want the line beomce green color when value >20 percent and red when <20 percent.  

I would like to line to be change the color.
