See below image, I am not sure, why the line is continued, it breaks on August Month and again started in December. Can any one advise or share the tips, how to get rid of this issue, I would like to have a continued line.

Based on the chart you provided, values of [No. of Errors] are null in several months, right?
To achieve a continued line, you should replace null with 0 in Query Editor.

1. Actually, I have date table and data table.
2. The Date table is from January 1, 2017 to today.
3. The Data table may not have entries for a month.
So, When I use Date from Data table as X-axis and Data values from Data Table. It seems, the line breaks when there is no data for a month.
