Wondering how to show vertical x-axis gridlines on a line chart?
I've turned on the 'X axis' setting for 'Gridlines', but lines are only displaying in Date header below, not in the line chart area.
My Date field is a Hierarchy...not sure is this is cauing issue.
Any help would be appreciated, Tx 🙂
Hi, @cguillemette
Everything is normal on my side.
Have you tried to convert the hierarchy into a normal date field?
What will happen when you remove “hour”,“half hour” from the hierarchy)
If you possible, could you share a sample pbix for testing?
Best Regards,

Hi @cguillemette - Guidlines will display lines in your graph, Something like this:
If you want to have an X-Axis just insert> Shape> a line and rotate to 90 Degrees. Tiy can change the colour and change thickness (Weight)
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
