Line Chart - limit Previous Yr values to only those months displayed for current year

On a line chart with Current Yr, Cur Yr Budget & Previous Yr 

I want the budget and previous year lines to stop with that last month displayed for current year. The x-axis data marker are Year-Month.

Calculate Growth over Last Year by Fiscal Year in Power BI

Around 12:40 to 13:30 he adds a variable "check" which enables the cut off at the most latest date. 
For your scenario, extend the check condition to CY && LY  && Budget in case it's all used in the same visual and require the same cut off as TY.
