Line Chart To Show Full Year Based On Fiscal Month Selected
Hi All,
is there a way to show full fiscal year data on a line chart based on the fiscal month selected?
My table looks like this:
| Financial Year | Financial Month | Financial Full Year Date | Spend |
| FY21 | July 2021 | 01/06/21 | |
| FY21 | July 2021 | 01/07/21 | |
| FY21 | July 2021 | 01/08/21 | |
| FY21 | July 2021 | ... | |
| FY21 | July 2021 | 01/05/22 |
Basically Financial Month captures a view of what the full year looked like at July 2021. Therefore, we have finacial dates on the right side to capture each month within the year through the lens of July 2021. Similarly, all other months in the fiscla year will have the same. Right now, we are in Nov, so we will have data in this format till Nov 4.
What i'm looking to do is if i select july 21 (Financial Month), i want a line chart to show me full 12 month projections (i.e. Jul21-Jun22 - the Financial Dates). Similarly if i select Sept21 in the slicer, i want to display all the Financial Dates int he year (Jul21-Jun22).
I basically want to see full year view (Financial Dates) at a month in time.

If you want to see the full financial year (irrespective of the month selected), then why not simply select FY21 in the Financial Year slicer?
Hi Ashish,
Because each month, the full year projection changes. For example, we may project our budget to be 500k in June for the full year, but in July, our budget projections may change. Therefore, monthly allocations change and we want to see full year on an axis, but at a given financial month in time.
i.e. in Aug21, how did Jul21-Jun22 look like vs. Sept21, how did Jul21-jun22 look like
