Line Chart Last Week 6 Weeks Doesn't show the 0 values

Good Morning, 

For the report below I am trying to figure out how to show the weeks that have no failed changes or I guess 0 data. 

This report is using a dataset I imported with ticket numbers, created date and then true/false for if it failed or not and then that query  has a relationship to a date table. The date table was imported from this link that is being used for the week & year on the x axis.

To report on things that are not there you need to use disconnected tables and/or crossjoins
