Line Chart - Constant Line to Secondary Axis
Is it possible to add the constant line to the secondary axis? I just need a value of 1 on the secondary axis and do not really want to switch the y axis to the secondary.

I am not sure whether i understood your requirement correctly but could it work to create a measure like ...
measure for 2nd axis = 1
then you put this meausre to the secondary value field within your chart.
