We have a powerbi report with live connetion,we are seeing the Limited relationship icons while setting a relation between( fact to dim ) tables,why is it showing like that even we did not change anything on that?does it cause any issues while filtering data the report.
please give more information on this which will helpful.

Your answer is excellent! And I would like to share some additional solutions below.
Did you get your problem solved, according to the screenshot you provided, the relationships between the tables in your model are all Limited relationships.
This situation usually indicates the existence of certain relationship restrictions, that is, there may be specific reports in the production of data results and the expected value does not match, in order to reduce the production process in the report this situation, you need to check whether the relationship is set correctly, the relationship between the direction of the screening needs to be modified, in the case of necessity in the DAX formula to use the USERELATIONSHIP function to clearly specify the relationship to be used to avoid problems!
Fortunately, I found some articles about limited relationship, hope it can help you!

@Anonymous When you say "live connection" do you mean DirectQuery? Is there a single DirectQuery source or multiple?
