I have a PowerBI document with HR data with a Company/Division/Department structure. I am able to export the security table for the HR program I'm using, which has various access rows. People might be granted access at two levels - for example the whole of company 1, but only division A, B and C for company 2. The information is linked to the active directory username.
My appointments table has CompanyID, DIvisionID and DepartmentID for all staff. How do I use PowerBI to automatically limit someone's access based off of these tables?

Hey @Anonymous ,
take a look at the roles and row level security:
Row-level security (RLS) with Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
You can create roles for each department and then in the Power BI Service you can map an AD group to a specific role. Like this you can limit the access.
Hello.
I have question. I want to create level access in raport by position roles and branch using a RACF Group number. Is it possible ? Can you describe me how to do this ?
Regards Piotr.
