Likert scale or rating vizualization

I have questions of rating from 1 to 4. I have connected Kobo toolbox to Power Bi.

As you can see, 1.2 to 1.7 responses in 1 to 4 scale, and have around 60 rating questions.

How do I vizualize that in matrix as shown below?

How do the all Questions appear in rows and values in column?
How shall I move ahead? Unpivot is only options to bring all question in rows?

yes, very much yes.  This is one of the fundamental processes of Power BI ETL.
