License Requirements for Implementing Row-Level Security in Power BI Desktop and Service
Hello Power BI Community,
I'm seeking clarification on whether RLS functionality in both Power BI Desktop and the Power BI service is accessible with a free license or if a Power BI Pro license is necessary. Any insights or guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

manoj_0911 , With a free license, you will be an admin of your workspace, and RLS will not apply. And you can not share a report without a pro or ppu licens. So there is no viewer to apply rls.
