I have consumed a large amount of power BI Pro users in my org, these were pre purchased licenses and I question if they're actively being utilized. Any advice on a report or script that could achieve this?

Thanks @lbendlin , I wil give this a try, what method do you use for grooming the logs? Powershell or GUI?
we do powershell extracts and push them into dataflows.
Dear, could you help me how to obtain or put together a report with that information please? I am a PowerBI administrator, so far what I have achieved is to extract csv with PRO and FREE users through Power Shell, but I need to know if there is something armed with PowerBI with this information to monitor license usage.
Thank you
We use the tenant audit logs to track "developer" activities like publishing or updating an app.
Then we set a threshold (let's say three months of no developer activites) and we reclaim these Pro licenses and redistribute them.
We also have a company hierarchy view where we can see "who is the closest person in your org that has an unused license" so that new developers can negotiate a license transfer.
