After reviewing the details you provided, I have identified few workarounds that may help resolve the issue. Please follow these steps:
To use Power BI Copilot, a Microsoft Fabric license by itself is not sufficient. Access to Copilot requires:
- A paid Fabric capacity (F64 or higher) or a Power BI Premium capacity (P1 or higher).
- Copilot must also be enabled by your tenant administrator within the Microsoft Fabric admin settings.
Please note that Power BI Pro licenses do not provide access to Copilot features on their own, and trial SKUs are not supported.
