Legend for Multiple Columns

I am experiencing an issue that I need a legend that can be used for the 12 "OPEX" fields/columns seen in the screenshots. The issue is that I have a column "OpexSpend1_Label" which has the labels but this column cannot be used in the legend for the other fields/columns (i.e. OpexSpend2, OpexSpend3, etc.). I would like to have all 12 (OPEX) columns in one visual but this legend issue is holding me back. The values for those 12 columns carry the same numerical to categorical translation (i.e. 11 = Standalone Preventative...) so the values have the same meaning. Please let me know what suggestions you may have.

You can create a Calculated table and use it to create visual. Here is the pbix.

    Hi southpawmurph

    For these type of scenario

use "OpexSpend1_Label" in the axis box and then you will be able to add all  your columns in "Values" field.

Let the legend field be empty.

I have all my data fields as Count, I would like to see each OPEX group on the x-axis and the y-axis would be the count, the legend would then be the Labels. I want to be clear the label column "OpexSpend1_Label" was taken from the OpexSpend1 column by creating a conditional column (if OpexSpend1 = 1 OpexSpend1_Label =Cloudbased). I'm pretty new and my understanding of data relationships is poor.
