Legend as data label - stacked bar chart

In the stacked bar chart is there any way to put legend as data label, like in place of 100, India (or 100, India both).
I understand it can be done with tooltips, but I want it as data label itself, if any other custom visual supports this?

To my knowledge, your requirement—— to show legends as Data labels in Stacked Column Chart could not be realized in Power BI currently.
But ideas similar with what you expect have been submitted in the following links, please vote them up and you can add comments.Hopes Power Bi will implement this in nearby future.

And in this case ,as a workaround , you may try Pie Chart instead:

Hey Anonymous ,
not with the standard Power BI visuals.
You can however do things like that with charticulator in Power BI:
It needs a little time to get used to charticulator, but it should be easily archivable.
