Legend Issue for Line chart

Hi.. i would i would like to know why Iam facing issue with the Legend..while Iam trying to access it..
Let me explain in detail..
I have a column name called DepartureMonth..i have to put that column in the legend field..i'am unable to drag the column to the legend field..the departuremonth column consist of values in whole number format like 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 etc to 12 ..I have tried all the methods..But I'm still facing this issue..created dax column for departuredate and extracted the month separately also ..but din't work..kindly help me to sort this issue..

I'm happy to answer your questions. By default, The legend is forbidden after Y-ais has used two measures or one measure and an automatically generated aggregate value. It will appear that we cannot drag the columns to the legend field.

In this case, we can no longer drag any columns onto the legend field:

As shown in the screenshot above, if two measures are used, the legend field is disabled.
