Legend Definition pop up

Does anyone know of a way to get a popup to come up to give the definition of the KPI you are showing within your legend?  See attachment for example....

Hello v-juanli-msft   The link you sent is for data points tool tips.  I am pretty much looking to do the same but instead of hovering over a data point, I'd like to hover over the items in a legend so that when I do, a text box giving the definiton of it pops up.  Is that possible in BI?
