Legend Definition pop up

Does anyone know of a way to get a popup to come up to give the definition of the KPI you are showing within your legend?

Yes, it should be possible to use report tooltips in Power BI.

If you don't know how to realize it, please show me more data examples or details of requirements.

Hello @v-juanli-msft   The link you sent is for data points tool tips.  I am pretty much looking to do the same but instead of hovering over a data point, I'd like to hover over the items in a legend so that when I do, a text box giving the definiton of it pops up.  Is that possible in BI?
