Learner Alert! Relationships and Measures

Hello Apologies for the long-winded explanation.   I am reworking a PBI report which I am well aware is overly complex both in terms of queries, using bi-directional relationships all over the place...

Can I bump this up the list as I am still nowhere in terms of resolving this.  Would really appreciate any help, even if it is just a "can't do it"!
