Learner Alert! Relationships and Measures

Hello Apologies for the long-winded explanation.   I am reworking a PBI report which I am well aware is overly complex both in terms of queries, using bi-directional relationships all over the place...

BLAWHEEM1 

One important you need to note. There is no Legend (distributor of values) in the Pie Chart. That is why you  are getting filtered the list of values. Need to add a legend to see the filter

Each of the values in the pie is an individual measure, there is no legend that would make work.  These measures are all reacting to other visuals and slicer correctly.  But I need to be able to get each measure within the pie chart to filter each visual (eg student list).
