Leadership Strategy or Board Dashboard examples with Target and completion

Hi All,

 

I am looking for a sample data set to develop a PBI dashboard to create Leadership Strategy or Board Dashboard with Targets and completion % 

 

Where,

Target for some KPI are shown as "% of completion", scale of "1-10", or "Yes/No".

 

PS., I am trying to replicate data from the app called Cascade (Its an app to track the Leadership KPI's) to PowerBI

    Technically i need to replicate this strategy Kpi to powerbi dashboard, data updated on a sharepoint or form updated periodically by different people as per their KPI.
